If you have an attorney and you enter into an agreement, then you're bound because you had the assistance of counsel. Once you're signing that settlement agreement, you're gonna be bound by that settlement agreement. I've had mediations that have gone till 10 o'clock at night, 11 o' clock at night. They can go as long as we need them to go. It's worth it to put in the time.
