How Do I Know if This Is Going to Work?
An email is just a mechanism to communicate, right? It's not a sales platform. And the communication part is definitely key. So I will look at any metrics, any clicks, any replies, anything on social with regard to that. That hard example here is those people that answered certain things in that survey that we ran. Now we have the data there. When people don't take up on all access paths, yet we know that they are distracted because they answered in the survey. They can see themselves and somebody in their, that result. We wanted to make sure that, you know, we reached those goals.
