How to Use the App to Improve Your Athletic Performance
The app is designed that you start at the biggest building block and only go backwards if you cannot fix it with the total movement pattern. In dynamic systems if you only work on the building blocks it doesn't necessarily mean that the body just improves locally and then incorporate it in a bigger pattern. If there's no good co-contraction in the trunk then you should start working in the gym for instance with co- Contraction of the trunk. It could be that some muscles are not strong enough and then you should work on an intramuscular level.
