The Pros and Cons of Single Supplementation

Single supplementation is going to be the best for just a few reasons one of them we already mentioned so taking a single supplement a single ingredient is going to allow you to know that if something happens it was just due to that one single ingredient that you took. It's very rare that some sort of supplement is studied within a blend or even individual like brands of supplements they're often not studied. And then regarding the stacks. I think those can be, those can be useful. We are only reporting results of studies that study that single ingredient in isolation.
