I was just wondering, James, about what you think are some of the best recovery activities between work days as well. There's probably a little bit of literature around this. I do think that getting to the point that you experience some mental distance from work is really critical. And we can talk about psychological detachment. Again, relaxation. So there's this physical that decreasing load as well as a cognitive decrease in load. She also talked about mastery experiences. So and take your opportunities to learn something new, ideally, that's not work related. Also having a sensible autonomy over how you deploy your energy and spend your time between work.
