Pumpkin Bread - A Classic, Squishy Pumpkin Loaf With Chocolate Chips

And this one, it's like that traditional cozy pumpkin loaf, but she uses roasted cabocha squash which gives it a really fluffy crumb and a really deep orange flavor. She puts a bunch of bitter sweet chocolate chunks in there, and she covers it with an olive oil glaze  which i had never seen before.
