The first thing i think when i see one of those really soft pumpkin breads, i just want to pull a piece off of it. But this one comes from nicol rucker, and it originally was in the stelinak book,. Yet now she's at fat and flour, a pie shop in l a. And this one, it's like that traditional cozy pumpkin loaf, but she uses roasted cabocha squash which gives it a really fluffy crumb and a really deep orange flavor. She puts a bunch of bitter sweet chocolate chunks in there, and she covers it with an olive oil glaze  which i had never seen before.
