Is There Evidence That Stretching Improves Arthritis Pain?

Flexibility is a whole fairly it's a big field in and of itself you know the static and dynamic and all other kinds of but again similar principles I assume because my understanding is same with static x. Can you actually link it to an improvement in diabetes or function or falls or cognition or depression you can't really? What what we do in in general is do our whatever we're doing strength training or balance training or aerobic training or combination we don't usually have a separate stretching exercise component other than perhaps a little bit of cool down.
