Mozart's Theme - The Last Movement
Mozart's last movement combines typical sonata form with more fugues than you can shake a stick at. The tune itself is a cliche, but the composer knew exactly what he was doing taking on such a tune to write a fugue. He could also reasonably expect his audience to be fairly well aware of it as well. A short list of composers who then took this tune and wrote few ugues on top of it includes names like lohey, rossy fisher, frauberger, johann fuk and bach.
