Sally Kohn: What are some of the reasons that you think hourly billing is bad for either the seller or the buyer?Kohn: My favorite one, because I'm sort of customer focused, is billing by the hour and start with the big one. It pits you against your client. Can anybody see the tension? You make money. If you bill more hours, you know, they get a better deal if you bill fewer. And so out of that comes like mistrust, right? Like, did that really take that long, right? Or does it have to take that long? And why did it take so long?"
