Getting a Good Night's Sleep

The flux app takes out the blue spectrum, which is going to be most stimulating to cortisol. A wind down routine where after the last time someone is on a screen makes as much of a difference for sleep as anything else that I know of. For me, I actually like to take notes about my next tomorrow. It's very relaxing today.
