The Advantages and Disadvantages of Prior Trading Experience
Is prior trading experience often seen as a good thing or as a disadvantage? What I love to see in a junior CV is someone who might have written a computer program to do some trading whilst at university. Not all customers will accept that, but a lot of them will. It's not the end or everything, and there are ways to counter it.
