When i was growing up like my parents would kick me out of the house and say go figure it out like just be home by dinner you know what i mean whereas now every kid's life is so structured. You take a kid who has been taught to the test their entire life given structure their entire life and then you throw them into the real world with a manager like me and I say figure it out kids look at you like you're crazy, he says.
