Isolated Training Versus Integrative Training
A lot of people thought of the foot as ocamenin do towel crunches, toyoga, pick up marbles. That isolated manner does not mean that it's technically going to function dynamically during some sort of human movement. So we need to train it understanding this erological connection. When i teach foot integration, i'm cewing breath at a very specific moment. I'm also cue tongue to palate at certain times to activate these full facial lines. This then is trained in a way that subconsciously, it will work during high level performance.
