I think it comes down to first establishing what are your new metrics for success and understanding that your new metrics will be different than what you were doing previously. is your performance in the gym are we seeing you consistently get stronger like is libido better are you able to have more of a social life are you getting better at these skills? If you see long-term your lifestyle being like having a couple meals out per week with your significant other can we do those and maintain like that in itself as a win so I think this is where coaching is super helpful but again if you're only looking at like am I as lean as I was at the end of the battle phase then there's no point
