i actually do not believe in ghost kitchens a when it comes to at least this vertical. And i don't know enough about some of the other a restaurant verticals and cousines and he unit economics, but for peter restaurants, it is really important to have a store front. That's not to say that they should be going out and renting space for twenty thousand dollars a month. Having the ability to serve customers that want to walk in, that want to come in and pick up, sit down for a little bit and take out and delivery, is really critical to the success of a small business....
