What Do You Want to See on the First Call?

If you spend 30 minutes asking somebody a bunch of questions, but you're not giving anything back to them, then that puts them in kind of a tough spot. So many buyers too don't, they don't have time. To get on a call with the vendor in and of itself is a lot of investment. A lot of folks just want to see something too. You really do have to just be flexible and you have to read your buyer and be direct about that question.
