I would almost always rather play sports too. I think that if I'm going to be completely honest about it though like we're based on what a Tien in you go say you know with keeping your heart rate in that like really tight 10 beats per minute zone. That's been even more challenging because doing things like tennis or racquetball or basketball or any of these things it's very much this. Like you may average zone two over the course of an hour but it's a series of zone 54321s just all kind of hodgepodge together.
