More often than not, it is living in our mind. It isn't in the immediate moment that's happening. We come in and again, it begins in a thought. Some of you listening might only have that experience of yourself right now. I'm walking around, I am anger. I am sadness. I am grief only because there's not yet separation,. And separation, when you create that and you learn how to harness that power of your attention, you can really then decrease the whole emotional fallout that you might be carrying again with you for a lifetime.
