A lot of that negative energy had built up inside of me again so I was like you know what let me backtrack to everything I just relearned for my therapist and do some new giant breathing and take some deep breaths. "I could have kept that negative energy installed in me installed set the word" she said. She reminded me to remind myself when I'm going through it that this too shall pass, which is a cliche basic quote we all tell ourselves but should be taken seriously. It's really powerful and really beneficial for my mental health as well as being able to bring things to an end by letting them be part of the story. We talked about some personal things that I
