After herneating a disk doing back squats, low bar rehab took me around a year. After breaking my collar bone, so you got a bad back and a broken collar bone, i really struggle getting much on the bar. I've lost confidence to go back to bak squatsok, this combined with poor shoulder mobility. Is there any better options that can be practised?
