And if you're cutting and you're not trying to build strength, jus, you can just stick to the same exercise for three to four weeks before changing it. I find that excise rotation works extremely well. So havin'g that fresh exercise every three tor four weeks, it's like, damn likei  it's like, letslik. If you feel it feels funi in. It makes the training very, very fond.
