The Fifth Criteria of Relevance Realization

Wisdom is a notion of rationality deeply enmeshed with relevance realization. They're invoking the notion here from Simon of bounded rationality. This is rationality that it's taking place within a framing, and takes place within the constraints of combinatorial explosion. And then finally the fifth criteria is that wisdom is applicable to domains in which there is uncertainty.
