How to Become a Better P M?
It's superimportant, and cannot be stressed enough how important it is for you as a p m to find ways to unblock your team and make progress. You need to rally folks around you and be able to build consensus and momentum and get everyone moving. The skill is super generalizable and super a and it has to be one of those skill sets that you master. At the end of the day, your credibility as a pm, as an effective p m, depends on your ability to make progress and do it on a timely and tactful manner. So now the question becomes, how do you go about in ating these? What can you do tactically?
