How to Sleep the Night Before a Race
"I can never get to sleep as I start to play out the race in my mind," she says. "A lot of the time before a race, you feel like you only slept one or two hours,. but in actual fact, you slept five or six." Make sure you're sleeping leading up to the race, if at all possible is good. You're just fueled by adrenaline and caffeine.
