I Love Striped Bass, but I Don't Eat Them.
i think that americans want to be able to buy fish the way we buy pork beef or chicken, where we can expect to find ribbis, new york strips and fillet pork chops. When you talk about mediterranean or japan, like, you eat what is available. i suppose to, like expecting high quality salmon to always be sitting there on the ice block. Yes, i love a striped bass. I think it's one of the best fish to eat.
