Is There a Risk of Creatinine Defined AKI?
I think you can make a case for true nephrotoxicity with vancomycin there. There are some randomized controlled trials that have, you know, I think fairly definitively shown that it's associated with a higher risk of creatinine defined AKI. So monitor with like Kim one, in gal, other damaged biomarkers. And we have objective evidence when you see cast, right? I mean, you do get the whole cast nephrotpathy with, with van comycin.
