How Dave Built a Bike That Lasts Three Times Longer Than a Traditional Chain
Dave designed his first bike made of aluminum and stainless steel with internal gears and disc brakes. Instead of a greasy chain, it's got a belt drive made from carbon fiber that feels more like rubber. He raised half a million bucks on Kickstarter and then found two factories in Asia to make the bikes. But when it was time to deliver the first 1000 bikes, he got into a jam.
