The key here is people have to have patience don't they play the long game with your brand story. It really comes down to some basics fundamentals whether it's your personal brand or a brand you're working on in the advertising space but you need to have simple clear consistent message. When I think about the best brands there's always that one heart and soul the brand like Disney stands for magic or the North Face stands for exploration You know so whatever brand a brand we work on which is Alaska Airlines it's all about care. That's the one thing that we establish with that brand is they're the most caring airline.
