The Effects of Patellofamorphine on Knee Flexibility

The main thing that we want to consider for this is patellofamoral compression. Compression really means smushing of one surface onto another. The reason we get the quad stretch when we pull into the football stretch is we're putting length into both knee flexion and hip extension and stretching rectus femoris. And it means that rectus femori does care about where your hip is in space as you try and go through things. Last little thing then, because then I've done way too much talking and Jim Ocate some stuff, right? Right.
