The Cost of Ambivalence
There's always these what's the word I'm looking contrasting views which is ambivalence isn't it. You may have one client with the example of being unknowingly ambivalent who is the person who consistently wants to be at a place but they never actually reach that place. Then you also have the person on the other side of that who might actually be the person who sometimes us as personal trainers think why are they not getting better results when in actual fact they are very aware of the fact that the place they're at is a place they quite like being because they've maybe made a bit of progress.
