Is It a Trojan Horse Mentality?
For large enterprises, the change cost tomove off a old tack is just so high. That's like the trojan horse mentality. I remember in corporate america how challenging it was to change people's minds an innovating and pushing the boundaries. There's some career risk in that. If people keep their heads down and keep marching forward, it's not their fault. But if you propose something new and there's some pain around it, then a some careerrisk in that. It's what i call like a alagger - someone that feers change, who thy'll be the last to adopt.
