Meditation Becomes Easier When It's Well Cultivated
During periods of intensive meditation in advanced stages, a very common experience is for people to have very, very diminished needs for sleep. In some cases, yogis go for days without sleep, not feeling tired at all because their mind is in as state of balance,. Not reacting to everything that's coming, but simply observing it. So it becomes very restful. A so bear attention grounds us in the present. It puts the mind into a very restful place. Also becomes effortless when it's well cultivated. And that's what's meant when people like christina murdy say that there is nothing to do, simply be aware and othing special to do.
