Stress, good or bad, gives us in a heightened nervous system. In really understanding the connection of that, and then learning how to manage that down righta part of getting good sleep may come into place. Meditation is great at helping you deal with stress. Journalling is a great way. You know, there's a lot o red wine. But i'll tell you, no, the nice thing is, even though i was on california time when i flew out here last night to sharlo, i actually still had a pretty wonderful night of sleep at your house.
