How to Prevent or Mitigate Muscle Loss
The more physical activity you could do while you're ill is great. But we know that the amount of protein, the quality of the protein and getting it in during those cases helps mitigate that loss. Even another situation for people that might be more practical is if somebody is say traveling for a week and they can't move their body like they usually do to maintain muscle health.
