How Does Meditation Work?
When i hear meditating to me, like when i firstheard i've been in science for so long. I have to almost convince myself that there is a physiological aspect that's happening within us. When you meditate, you are in a different brain wake state. You can even a say, right now, when we're talking, you're asking me questions, i'm in a beta state. And then you get into the next state, which is alpa. It's like this forder line. It swinging like awake ind asleep. We press the alarm and go out of bed nearly every day as if it were our daily routine. But we don't really do that
