Do You Know How to Do a Short Race Pace Training?

Even if you do absolutely know functional movement, and you're just laying there, it's almost like your exercising from the inside out. Your mind interprets that as some form of exercise and reacts accordingly. What about a running or something, sprinting? I wouldn't say avoid it. Would just say it's going to be a difficult a so you can lower the duration and shorten the length.
