What Are the Symptoms of Burnout?

The World Health Organization defines burnout as mismanaged stress for an extended period of time. It is exhaustion, overextension, misalignment with the things in your life that ends up resulting in there are internal and external signs and symptoms. So internally, that might be increased anxiety, sense of dread, exhaustion before beginning your tasks. Externally, that may be things like disturbed sleep, change in appetite, social isolation, some kind of chronic flare-up.
