I think breathing meditation journaling and maybe if you're in yoga are like literally all you need to get just absolutely insane benefits. I write them all down because I'm so, but you're being comfortable with letting things fall away. In terms of the technicalities, structuring too much can be negative. There's a lot of value in watching what other people do and seeing how they tick off their PPM system.
