How to Over Attract Account Executives
Aes managers and myself at a more maceral level, know where we can go in and make adjustments to help on the qualitative side. The first time we did this project, we only had four account executives. We really just took the cream of the crop. And as you can see, it's very disproportionately time spent on new prospects. But that is completely ok with me, because for us to grow a hundred % year over year, we're constantly adding new customers to our account base. So being specific and then doing the look back regularly and having this d a conversation piece in one on one's is super valuable.
