Is Failure a Better Teacher Than Success?

I think one of the things that came up was also a need for just increased listening. It is part of empathy is taking more time to also listen and understand. I would say that failure and mistakes is a better teacher than success. As long as you're learning, while it might not be successful, at least you're gaining something and it's of value.
