Is the Subscription Really a Necessary Evil?
I think the subscription in our business is really almost more of a necessary evil than anything else. We work extraordinarily hard to do it really well knowing that for very many customers it's still the S word. I saw a lot of really smart people break their pick on the, we're going to come up with the automatic feeder that tells you when you're out and then just re-orders your next bag kind of a thing. So there's no question that the actual knowledge of consumption is a better proxy for consumption than time is a proxy for consumption.
