If you find that someone is not intentionally necessarily, but if you are feeling bad when you constantly see posts by a particular person, of course you could unfollow them. But sometimes that feels like an aggressive act to some of us,. because we're worried about how we'll be perceived if we've unfollowed probably don't want to believe a notice, but we think they're going to notice. So I think this is a really practical thing that we all can do in the model world - and many for spend hours each day or certainly a lot of time online each day.
