What Triggers Happiness?
On one side of the paper, you're going to identify what triggers that feeling for you. In addiction recovery, we have a mnemonic called halt, hungry, angry, lonely, and tired. It's so important to pay attention to your sleep as well as your nutrition when you are in the recovery process. You may not know right away but why does it trigger this feeling? What can I do to enhance it if it's a positive feeling or get rid of it if it is an unpleasant feeling?"
