The Importance of Experiential Dining
There's a new generation of people eating out. They have money, they want to try new things. What do you think is attractive about wanting to have an experience whilst you're eating? I think more and more these days, people just are looking for something different. You know, times are not great for a lot of people. And what a great way of escapism is to go and drink in a prison or go in Alice in Wonderland. Or get involved in an Italian gangster movie or go in a train and have a murder mystery. Well, I'm intrigued. And I think it's time for me to experience some of this for myself.
