I think sometimes people here like, Oh, if you're an intermediate, like you have no right to be training more than four or three times a week. And then I don't know if more advanced trainees is there any place for not training six days a week? There's a very good long term burnout psychological reasons for that. The quintessential question of whether or not that's sustainable is how much total volume are they doing well it doesn't matter what your split looksLike the number of sets you do per week is your total volume. If it's a reasonable volume it's not an excess of their mr v. They're fine right.
