The Importance of Design in Service Design
For design, it could be improving the flow of work inside an organization. For example, a project I was working on quite a few years ago was around solving a problem for members. So we gathered all of that data across multiple departments. And it turned out that it was actually the marketing team who suffered the most. That's because their amount of work, their time over nine over nine months was actually they were doing short tasks each week.
