Breathing Less Than Normal
Breathing less than normal is always going to be beneficial for you. So if I have a monitor like that, I can just try to like breathe normally, but breathe less frequently. And on that exhale, just sit there and just kind of chill. When I want to take that breath, just look at my monitor or remind myself that I don't need to breathe right now. You'll be really surprised about how quickly that happens.
