The Importance of Having a Minimum Level of Support in a Deal
If a deal like that isn't properly circled with, you know, some investors, then there could be a situation where the deal gets under L.O.I. and there's more time spent. Just kind of ultimately raising capital from either debt or equity is also a challenge for these deals. And so it's important to make sure they get at least minimal support before going into exclusivity.
