I think a lot of our clients and companies that we talk to, they don't even have any web presence at all. This always surprises me about how little attention and resources are given to web. So the brand awareness outside of the store is what makes or breaks. All you're really trying to do inside the store with app store optimization and with paid search is just convert the traffic that's already there. And you're converting the brandless traffic.
