I think the best health advice I was ever taught was pay attention to how you feel after you eat. So try sourdough or try something, you know, with whole grains and just have a little experiment a little bit. It's not always about eliminating, it's perhaps about finding a substitute that makes you feel better. And doesn't feel like a sacrifice, it actually feels like a win.
